1. Free Cancellation/Modification
Cancellation or modification of the reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date
2. Charges for Late Cancellation/No-Show
Cancellation, modification, or no-show within 7 days of the arrival date or on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount. By providing credit card details, you consent to these terms, confirming the order.
3. Cancellation by Shaul Estate by the Sea
Shaul Residence by the Sea reserves the right to cancel all or part of the accommodation/service transaction under specific circumstances:
- Pricing or product/service description errors
- Technical issues hindering proper website use
- Force majeure, including acts of war, hostility, terrorism, or other events preventing proper product/service delivery. In such cases, a written notice will be provided via email or WhatsApp, and no financial charges will be applied.
- Shaul Estate will not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages to the customer or any third party, including financial losses due to purchasing products/services at a higher price elsewhere.
4. Cancellation Notice
Valid cancellation notices must be provided in writing via email to doritshaul11@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +972 50 5700553. The complex management will confirm receipt of the cancellation notice in writing
