Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Any early arrivals or late departures require prior approval and may incur an additional fee. By requesting a late departure, you consent to the associated charges. Failure to vacate the accommodation on time will result in an extra fee equivalent to a full night’s stay at the prevailing rate.
Adult-Only Establishment
Our premises are for adults only. Bookings for our accommodations are subject to availability, and additional guests beyond the reservation must not be invited without our consent. Bringing in guests for accommodation purposes or otherwise will incur an additional fee.
Pricing and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify the terms of booking and package prices at any time.
Reservation Requirements
Guests must provide a photocopy of a valid Israeli tourist ID card, passport, or visa, along with credit card details for security purposes when making a reservation.
Payment Information
Prices are listed in shekels and include VAT for Israeli citizens at the prevailing rate. Payment is accepted via credit card or cash only.
Responsibility for Premises
Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring no intentional or negligent damage to the premises. In case of any damage, the credit card provided during booking will be charged for the full cost of repairs.
Included Services
Accommodation includes certain amenities shared among guests. Additional towels are available for an extra fee. Guests are not permitted to take towels outside the accommodation complex.
Facility Malfunctions
We will promptly address any malfunctions in the facilities. In cases where we are unable to resolve the issue, no claims for refunds or compensation will be entertained.
Noise and Disruption
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, excessive noise, and amplified music systems are not allowed.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation units, and violators will be fined NIS 500.
Guest Conduct
The management reserves the right to expel guests for disruptive behavior or violation of the complex’s rules without a refund. Failure to comply will result in a fine of NIS 500.
Pets Policy
Bringing animals into the complex requires prior approval and incurs an additional fee, subject to the complex’s occupancy and management’s decision.
It is hereby clarified that the guest will not have any claim and/or anyone on his behalf for such a charge. I, the undersigned, hereby confirm that I have read the terms and understood everything stated in them.
